03 — Process
Scoped Properly. Shipped in Fortnights.
No open-ended retainers where the work quietly becomes maintenance. Every engagement starts with a paid discovery that ends in a specification and a fixed price.
01 — Scope
Define
A paid two-week discovery. You leave with a specification and a price, whether or not you build it with us.
02 — Build
Ship
Two-week cycles against the specification. You see working software at the end of each one.
03 — Launch
Measure
Tracking, documentation and team training go live with the work, not a month after it.
04 — Compound
Iterate
We keep the thing improving — or hand it over cleanly and get out of the way.
What a fortnight looks like
The cadence is the same on every project, so you always know when you will next see something.
| When | What | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Monday, week 1 | Cycle planning | We agree what ships in the next ten working days, in writing. |
| Daily | Written stand-up | Posted to your channel. No meeting unless something is blocked. |
| Thursday, week 2 | Review build | Working software on a staging URL you can click through. |
| Friday, week 2 | Demo and decide | Thirty minutes. We show it, you steer the next cycle. |
| Monthly | Numbers review | What moved, what did not, and what we propose doing about it. |

The terms, in plain language
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Who owns the work | You do — code, designs, accounts and documentation, from the first commit. Repositories live in your organisation where you have one. |
| How you are billed | Sprints are quoted from the specification and invoiced 50% up front. Retainers are billed monthly in advance, 30 days notice either way. |
| What happens if scope changes | Small things absorb into the cycle. Anything larger gets re-quoted before it starts, not discovered on the invoice. |
| Who actually does the work | The people you meet in discovery. We do not sell with seniors and deliver with juniors. |
| What if it goes wrong | We fix defects in our own work at our cost, indefinitely. If the relationship is not working, the exit is written into the contract on day one. |
Sounds like how you want to work?
Discovery slots open roughly a fortnight out.
