Privacy Policy
Three forms on this site collect personal data. This page says exactly which fields, why we hold them, and how to get them deleted.
What we collect
Contact form — your name, email address, the topic you pick, and your message.
Project brief — first and last name, email address, company, sector, budget band, timeframe, your description of the project, and a phone number if you choose to give one. The phone field is optional and the form works without it.
Newsletter — your email address, nothing else.
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell or share any of this, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.
Why we hold it
To answer you. A contact message or project brief is held so we can reply and, if we end up working together, so we have a record of what was originally asked for. Newsletter addresses are held only to send the newsletter. If you ask us something and we do not end up working together, we have no reason to keep your details and will delete them on request.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in Supabase, a hosted Postgres service. The site itself is served by Vercel, which processes request logs including IP addresses as part of delivering the page. Both are third-party processors with their own privacy terms. Submissions are not readable from the browser — they are reachable only by us, server-side.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or the EU, the UK GDPR and GDPR give you the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to us holding it. Australian and US state privacy laws give comparable rights depending on where you live.
We do not require you to prove a legal basis to exercise any of this. Email hello@thebusybureau.com and we will action it.
